From the founder

I started INSTRAT360 with a simple conviction: AI only earns a place in a serious company when it is accountable. Not a demo, not a black box — a system where every consequential action has a named owner, a recorded rationale, and a way back.

Most AI tools ask leaders to trust the output. We built the opposite. AI proposes; named people decide; everything is logged. That is what lets a board, a CFO, or a CHRO put real work through it.

We are a Nordic company, and that shapes how we build — privacy, proportionality, and human authority are not features we bolt on later. They are the starting point.
